Meditation and Development Workshop, (same content as the 4 week course)
Sunday 24th September, 12.30pm-5.30pm
£65.00

We encourage you if possible to book on the 4 week course, as this is a better pace for learning.
But of course for those that can't manage, we have the workshop designed for you.

 

A practical course, in which you are provided with some methods to help yourself, and to bring your mind, body, emotions etc. to a certain state of ease. Nothing outside of you can do this. Only your inner wellbeing can only be addressed by yourself. When there is inner ease, your ability to live happily, more healthy and more actively will increase rapidly. Stress in created within, its often a term used about something outside of us, but actually its because we are struggling to manage our inner energies. Old habits and memories over time will fade, leaving you with much more freedom and no longer a slave to your compulsiveness .You will learn, 3 styles of meditation, mindful breathing, metta, plus Esoteric, which includes mantra, mudra and visualisation. This course content is the same and in place of our 4 week course. Time to undo yourself?
